Bio - Robert Perry

Robert (Bob) Perry is the founder and CEO of Robert H. Perry & Associates, Incorporated, a firm that specializes in managing the sale of Contract Security Companies. Prior to forming RHPA, Bob was a partner in a CPA firm where he advised on corporate tax and general accounting matters. RHPA has managed and/or provided advisory services for the sale of over 250 security related firms with revenues ranging from $5 million to over $2 billion. While most of the advisory assignments have been for companies headquartered in North America, a few have been for companies headquartered in Europe, South America, The Middle East, Africa and The Caribbean.  Bob is the author of the well-known White Paper on the U.S. Contract Security Industry, now in its 11th edition.
