Bio - Suzanne Monreal CPP

Suzanne joined Titan Security in 2020 leading security operations and concierge hospitality programs in commercial and residential properties throughout the Chicagoland area. Suzanne began her career in security in 2006 and was quickly promoted into multiple leadership roles including Vice President of Operations servicing a wide range of properties which included commercial, retail, residential, cultural and healthcare properties. As Director of Operations with Titan, she is responsible for managing client partnerships, daily security operations, policy creation, fiscal planning and performance, new business, manager and employee development.

Suzanne earned her bachelor’s degree from Northeastern Illinois University. She achieved the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation in 2018 from ASIS International. Suzanne serves as the ASIS Chicago Vice Chair and 1st Vice President of the Illinois Security Professional Association (ISPA). Suzanne is also a member of BOMA/Chicago Security Preparedness Committee. She received the Security Life Saving Award in 2019 and the Chairman’s Award in 2022 from ISPA. Suzanne formerly served as the ASIS Chicago Women in Security Community and Next Gen Liaison from 2021 to 2023 providing mentorship and career development opportunities.
