Bio - Suzanne Monreal CPP

Mrs. Suzanne Monreal began her career in 2006 and was promoted into multiple leadership roles. As Vice President of Operations, she was responsible for managing security operations, policy creation, client relationships, fiscal planning and performance, and employee development at a wide range of properties including commercial, retail, residential, cultural, and healthcare. Suzanne is currently the Director of Operations at Titan Security Group focusing on operational excellence to provide customized security services solutions to clients throughout the Chicagoland area.

Suzanne earned her bachelor’s degree from Northeastern Illinois University. She achieved the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification in 2018 from ASIS International. Suzanne is currently a member of the ASIS International Women in Security Community, BOMA/Chicago Security Preparedness Committee, and Illinois Security Professional Association (ISPA). Suzanne was also named the ASIS Women in Security Liaison for the Chicago Chapter in 2021. She received the Security Life Saving Award in 2019 and Chairman's Award in 2022 from ISPA.
