Sean embarked on his security career 23 years ago, steadily advancing through various roles, beginning as a Security Officer. Today, he leads as Securitas' Area Vice President for the Chicago market, overseeing the successful delivery of high-quality security solutions.

With a 19-year tenure at Securitas, Sean consistently delivers exceptional client service. His success is driven by a focus on key areas: cultivating strong client relationships, developing high-performing teams, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Sean is actively involved in the security industry and the community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Security Professionals Association, contributing his expertise to the advancement of the security profession and helping to shape the future of the industry. He also serves as an Internship Mentor for the Western Illinois University Internship Program, guiding and supporting aspiring professionals in their career development.
