Bio - Tim Perry

Tim Perry comes to us with a very diverse background in culture, education, and experience to provide a new model of care for 1st Responders. His roots go back to the Native American tribe known as the Pueblo Nation of New Mexico.

Tim has had an illustrious 8-year career in the United States Air Force as an enlisted Air Traffic Controller and as a Commissioned officer flying the top-secret mission, “Looking Glass”. He obtained his Bachelors in Professional Aeronautics from the esteemed Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Prescott campus where he graduated with honors. His eight years of service includes activity in Gulf War I.

Upon completing his term in the U.S. Air Force, Tim embarked upon a 25-year journey into corporate America where he specialized in leadership development roles. He served Fortune 5 companies such as ADP, Motorola, and Zurich Insurance. He has amassed several awards for individual achievement, organizational excellence, and is certified by the Hay Group & Korn Ferry in Leadership Development, Culture Styles, Emotional Intelligence, and Resilience.

At the age of 50, he obtained his master’s degree which emphasized Divinity and Counseling. He has served as an Emergency Response Chaplain & Counselor for ten years before he embarked upon his greatest discovery, Nationwide Chaplain Services and 10- 41 Incorporated. Both organizations are focused on providing emotional health programs for the emergency response professionals and their families. He is the architect of the “10- 41 PIES Wellness ApproachTM” which provides a strategy to solve life challenges through a mindful approach centering on the physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual aspects.

In 2015, Tim decided to design and launch a unique experience called, “Living the Resilient Life” which helps professionals understand and harness Resilience, Emotional Intelligence, Problem Solving models and Perspectives. It is his passion to make sure everyone has a qualified place to go where they have someone to talk to, no matter when, where, or why.

Tim’s fourth and personal endeavor was to create The Resilient Life Church for 1st Responders. It is the first church in the state of Illinois made for Police, Fire, Dispatchers, Coroners, and those that respond to crisis, sustain life, and care for those through death.
