PRESENTATION DESCRIPTION: Mr. Sergott will discuss his patent pending VIPER© Program (Violent Incident Prevention, Engagement & Recovery). The objective of the VIPER© program is to establish a standardized methodology for preventing, recognizing, responding to and recovering from violent events that may occur at their locations.  The principals of this program will allow attendees to think critically to make sound decisions based on information or an event.  This empowers people to utilize decision making abilities to mitigate risks rather then wait for direction or following generalized strategies.
   
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
  • Ability to recognize and respond to violent events can help prevent the act or minimize the impact of the act through proper response.
     
  • The communication strategies taught in the VIPER© courses enhance the ability of the Clients to effectively communicate time-sensitive information both internally and externally, with the goal of maximizing response times of first responders, and minimizing the impact and flow of a 
     
  • Liability related to post-incident litigation can be reduced through the demonstration of a proactive policy and response strategy.
     
  • Implemented skills can work to deter potential attackers by presenting facilities as “Hard Targets”.
   
ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:

 

Mr. Sergott is the Founder and Principal of P4 Global LLC and The Protection Institute LLC.  Mr. Sergott also serves as Principal of The Protection Group LLC. Mr. Sergott is instrumental in the overall strategic direction, product development, growth planning, marketing, and the success and profitability of the company. Mr. Sergott coordinates with other Principals to translate top-level goals throughout the organization. He focuses on revenue growth through streamlined operations, strategic planning, client relations and service continuity. 

Mr. Sergott is a retired U.S. Marine, and former Chief of Police. He has completed his Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice and has completed work on his Doctorate Degree in Strategic Security. He has managed, directed and supervised multi-million dollar accounts for an international security operations companies, and is a Senior Lead Instructor and Subject Matter Expert for multiple U.S. Government Anti-Terrorism Programs. His business experience includes review and approval of accounting and finance, marketing and advertising, client communications, employee management, and government compliance. He has more than 20 years of progressive experience as a Program Manager, Director, and Corporate President/CEO overseeing international operations and instructional programs for government, law enforcement, military and private sector clients. Mr. Sergott has a passion and first-hand knowledge of the urgent need for individuals to take responsibility for their own safety. 

He is the registered inventor of the “Total Protection Formula”, an integrated technology based facility security and protection program. Mr. Sergott is a results focused leader, with a passion and determination for excellence in performance and quality.
