Bio - Rob Layne
Robert N. Layne, CIPM is the Executive Director of the International Foundation for Cultural Property Protection (IFCPP). A graduate of the University of Colorado with a B.A. in International Affairs, Rob has coordinated all IFCPP operations since the inception of the Foundation in 1998. This includes responsibility for daily operations and coordination of membership, educational, conference, and certification programs. He also serves as Vice President of Operations and Business Manager for Layne Consultants International and Business Manager for The Protection Alliance. Rob serves on the ASIS International Cultural Properties Council, and the Colorado Office of Emergency Management cultural and historic resources task force (CHR). Over the last few years, he has served as President of the Safe2Tell school violence prevention initiative, President of Colorado Crime Stoppers, and Vice President of the Colorado Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP). A lifelong Colorado resident, Rob is proud to live and work in Denver, CO.
