Chief Demario Boone Bio

Chief Boone is a Peoria, Illinois native and joined the Peoria Police Department in 2004.  He wanted to do more with youth and transferred to the Peoria Public Schools Campus Police Department in 2005.  He served as a Peoria Public Schools Resource Officer for eleven years and was promoted to Chief in 2016.  He supervises 27 officers in one of the largest school Districts in Illinois.
